Last week was a short one for construction on The WaterFire Arts Center with Thanksgiving arriving that Thursday. Nevertheless, it has been a productive month in Phase 1. All of the windows and much of the asbestos has been removed, and even the old railroad ties have been pulled from the driveway. Work is now concentrating on the below-ground infrastructure that supports a building of this size, including roof runoff drains and the removal of previous occupants storage tanks.
Stay tuned for a video walkthrough of all the work that has been done so far!
