If, for ANY reason, you wish a refund, please contact us, either by calling us (401-273-1155×141) or using the feedback form.

Please tell us the date of your transaction and the amount, and the credit card number and expiration date. (This sensitive data is not in our files, to protect your privacy.) We also would like to know the reason for the refund so we may pass that along to the client for whom you made the transaction.

WaterFire Providence offers both full and partial refunds. They are handled as soon as we are notified and provided the appropriate information.
