Refund Policy

Donation Refunds

The Refund Policy of WaterFire Providence is for your ease of mind and confidence in our service and our commitment to our mission.

If, for ANY reason, you wish a refund, please contact us, either by calling us (401)-273-1155 or using our feedback form.

Please tell us the date of your transaction and the amount, and the credit card number and expiration date. (This sensitive data is not in our files, to protect your privacy.) We also would like to know the reason for the refund so we may pass that along to the client for whom you made the transaction.

WaterFire Providence offers both full and partial refunds. They are handled as soon as we are notified and provided the appropriate information.

Merchandise Refunds

If you need to return or exchange any merchandise purchased from the WaterFire Merchandise Store please contact shop@waterfire.org to make arrangements. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Ticket Refunds

If you need a refund for a ticket purchased from WaterFire Providence for any of our events or fundraisers you may contact us at (401) 273-1155 or info@waterfire.org. Event ticket sales may have additional restrictions will we listed on the information page for that specific events. In the case where you are seeking a refund for an event held at the WaterFire Arts Center that was not produced by WaterFire Providence you will need to contact the event organizers directly. We are not responsible for ticket sales from third-parties.
