Celebrate Packages:
Wish Upon a Star
Dedicating luminaria lanterns is perfect for proposals, wedding anniversaries, birthdays, or just to show someone you care. In the Star Field WaterFire will arrange a path of luminaria candle lanterns with pre-dedicated personal messages that you will compose and email to us in advance. These dedications can be anything you would like; song lyrics, personal messages, poetry, etc. We will then print these dedications out and lay them in the Star Field with the luminaria lanterns. Above the lanterns will hang a luminous blue star, which is yours to keep at the end of the night. Additionally, your wish will be displayed at each Starry, Starry Night installation throughout the season.
The price of this package will vary depending on how many Luminaria candles you wish to have dedicated and set up in the Star Field.
Standard Package – $200 for 10 candle path, 10 candles surrounding your wish, 1 Star & 1 Wish
Each additional set of 5 candles – $25
Please note: A 50% ($175) non-refundable deposit required to reserve location. The Celebrate fee must be paid in full by the Monday prior to the desired WaterFire event date.
An Evening on the Confluence
A memorable site for a special occasion set upon the historic stone confluence of the two rivers at the heart of Providence. We will work with you to customize your evening on the river specific to your event. Enjoy a candlelit dinner for two or a private reception for you and up to 9 guests. Cafe Nuovo, one of Providence’s renowned restaurants on the river, will cater the event while WaterFire staff will arrange your table with a fantastic view of the fires, city skyline, and activities along the water.
WaterFire is always eager to get creative with you. Work with us to add a variety of surprises from a fire dancer, to a gargoyle, to an opera singer, or more.
Location and Set up fee: $750 (Does NOT include dinner cost and 25% gratuity at Cafe Nuovo)

Special Brazier Society Guest Reception & Boat Ride
You and your guest will enjoy a boat ride through the fires and gain a one-time access pass to our exclusive Brazier Society reception tent. Enjoy a wonderful evening with fantastic hors-d’oeuvres and drinks in an intimate environment. Float among the flames, relax and appreciate WaterFire from a different point of view. This unique, exclusive, and exciting experience will certainly make your night one to remember!

Hello. I’m trying to understand if the Wish Upon a Star, Starry, Starry Night and Luminaria events are different from the main event Waterfire you won’t have until September? I thought the other 3 events would still go on without the main Waterfire event on the river. I emailed a few weeks ago and never heard back. Thank you.
Hi Latifa, the Starry, Starry Night, and other Luminaria installations are normally only displayed when there is a Full WaterFire Lighting. The team members who normally follow up on Celebrate at WaterFire inquiries have been focused on other tasks. I will check-in with our operations team and ask them to follow up with you.
