Jonathan Waugh
I’ve been a WaterFire volunteer since 2007. Capturing WaterFire events on video is especially fulfilling since it provides those who attend the events with a way to relive the experience and, it can be used to spark interest in someone to come for the very first time.

I am a college geography professor and emergency management professional who lives in and loves my hometown of Providence, Rhode Island. I take pictures for close friends, non-profit organizations, and local charities and have never taken a dime for my images. Photography is a labor of love for me and I have been doing it for over 35 years. My focus is the great city of Providence and all of the wonderful people and things within it.

Photography has been my hobby for quite awhile, but I started spending more time in the profession over the past several years. School portraits, weddings, dances are all part of my portfolio, though my preferred subjects are reflections in landscapes and nature.
