TroopTop Thursday, July 18 at the WaterFire Arts Center

The community is invited to TroopTop Thursdays at the WaterFire Arts Center every Thursday this summer, through August 29. WaterFire Providence and Valley neighborhood restaurant, Troop PVD, have collaborated to create a rooftop bar with live musical performances and arts experiences as well as a fundraiser for the featured non-profit organization of the night. TroopTop is supported by Cross Insurance and US Rubber Lofts, proudly managed by Brady Sullivan Properties. Programming for each evening is presented by Little Guy At The Gig. 

Thursday, July 18

TroopTop on Thursday, July 18 is from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with live music performed by Mutter X Femur. This week in the gallery we are hosting the exhibition for NetWorks Rhode Island and the Chazan Collection: A Half-Century of RI Artistic Patronage and Gallery Night Providence

TroopPVD will donate a portion of the proceeds from sales of their specialty cocktail to the Wilbury Theatre Group, highlighting FringePVD. First established in 2014, The Providence Fringe Festival®, known as FRINGEPVD, encourages new and established performing artists by bringing entertaining and affordable theater to the community. FRINGEPVD fosters connections between artists, audiences, businesses, and local groups, boosting the voices of Providence as a renowned cultural destination for work, art, and tourism. FRINGEPVD is free to anyone who wants to produce their own show. Some artists consider it an annual show, while others see it as an occasion to try something new.

Snacks are provided by UNFI Cafe PVD.
