The RI Red Tent

When was the last time you actually took the time to do something special for yourself? Women are asked to be so many things…mother, wife, sister, auntie, friend, co-worker, caregiver…the list goes on and on.

​But how often do we take time out of our busy schedules to do something just for us? ​Well, now’s the time!

Gather up a few gal pals, your best friend, your mom, your co-workers, or just make it a day all about YOU…This event is open to anyone who self-identifies as female.

• ​Step inside the Red Tent and share stories with other women, facilitated by local therapists + counselors. Or just sit back and lounge inside the billowing tent and take in the relaxing ambiance.
• Outside the tent enjoy pampering services like hair styling, manicures, mini facials, reiki, massage, henna, reflexology and so much more. (Each service costs a minimal fee).
• Do a bit of shopping in our artisan’s marketplace. Fun and unique items from local New England artists.
• Check out our women’s health providers’ tables.
• Take a rooftop yoga or belly dance class.
• Grab some lunch from our food trucks, then sit, relax, and maybe enjoy a decadent cocktail at the RI Cruisin’ Cocktail trailer.

Make it a day all about YOU for once. ​If anyone deserves a Red Tent Day it’s you!
