Gather for Root Down Yoga on the morning of Sunday, April 23 within the WaterFire Art Center gallery exhibition Interconnected produced through a creative partnership between Gather Farm and WaterFire Providence.
Breathe, stretch, relax & awaken your senses in a deep, soulful & enlivening yoga practice accessible for every body. We will take our time to land on the earth, care for our inner landscape and reconnect with a deep, accessible and ever-renewable sense of vitality, peace and joy.
Led by meditation & yoga teacher, Rebecca Foster of Gather Farm, yoga will start at 9:00 a.m.
