2024 Food + Beverage Vendor Inquiry Form
About Vending at WaterFire Providence
- The WaterFire event season is approximately 10 Full Lightings from early June through early November, typically on Saturdays on a bi-weekly basis.
- Food Vendors are required to attend all WaterFire Full lighting events.
- Food Vendor Locations are on Washington Street or College Street. Placement is at the discretion of WaterFire.
- The event-day timing of WaterFire is based on Sunset and is typically 6:30 PM-11:00 PM in the summer. In the fall, start times can be as early as 4:30 PM. Vendors will arrive onsite around 1- 2 hours before the event starts.
- WaterFire accepts 10 -15 food+beverage vendors per season, and 1-2 alcohol vendors per season.
