Club Sol, A Summer Solstice Celebration and Artist Networking Night

Celebrate the summer solstice at ‘Club Sol‘ a creative take on an artist networking night rooted in genuine connection and celebration presented by WaterFire Accelerate artist, Leiyana Simone. The event is from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. coinciding with TroopTop, a rooftop bar at the WaterFire Arts Center, with special DJ sets by Sissy and Timma.
Explore two exhibitions both downstairs in the gallery and upstairs in the WaterFire offices.
- When I Get Home a group exhibition by the 2023-24 WaterFire Accelerate Cohort is on view this month in the gallery. Ranging across a wide variety of media, these six artists: Kannetha Brown, Sydney Darrow, Emily Gray, Andrea Pascual, Adolfo Peralta, and Leiyana Simone Pereira, unite their collective interests in their roots, grief and growth. - From the Chazan Collection, artworks are on view and for sale upstairs in the new WaterFire Office Gallery, thanks to collector and supporter, Joseph A. Chazan, M. D., 100% of the proceeds of any sale he will donate to WaterFire Providence.

The WaterFire Arts Center gallery is open until 9:00 p.m. Thursday nights all year round. Regular hours of the WaterFire Arts Center store + gallery are Wednesday – Sunday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and Thursday, 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
