TroopTop Thursday, June 13 at the WaterFire Arts Center
Event Details
The community is invited to TroopTop Thursdays at the WaterFire Arts Center most Thursdays this summer, through August 29 (except for July 4 and July 25). WaterFire Providence and Valley neighborhood restaurant, Troop PVD, have collaborated to create a rooftop bar with live musical performances and arts experiences as well as a fundraiser for the featured non-profit organization of the night. TroopTop is supported by Cross Insurance, US Rubber Lofts, proudly managed by Brady Sullivan Properties, and Boston Documents Systems. Programming for each evening is presented by Little Guy At The Gig.
Thursday, June 13
TroopTop on Thursday, June 13 is from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with DJ sets from DJ Olive Girl on the roof deck. This week in the gallery we are hosting the exhibition for When I Get Home by the 2023-24 WaterFire Accelerate Cohort. Snacks are available from UNFI Cafe PVD.
TroopPVD will donate a portion of the proceeds from sales of their specialty cocktail to the Woonasquatucket River Watershed Council. The Woonasquatucket River Watershed Council is an organization aiming to spark economic development through the restoration of the Woonasquatucket River and surrounding communities, and by improving, expanding, and bringing people to the Woonasquatucket River Greenway.
