“Given that this was our first and possibly only time that we would be in the US when WaterFire is on we decided to go on the tour. It was the best decision we could have made. Witnessing the event would have been beautiful without the tour but having the explanation of the state of the downtown area in Providence before the programme and then the thinking behind creating the event as well as the logistics behind it significantly enhanced our experience.
