Musician/Band inquiries for the WaterFire Providence Lighting Events are now open for the 2024 season!
If you are a musician or band looking for exposure and the opportunity to perform at a world-class art festival, you’ve come to the right place! Be a part of the magic as WaterFire transforms the heart of the city and its rivers into nights many will never forget!
Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Most applicants will be contacted via email for booking during our pre-season, April–June. Applicants may also be contacted during our event season from June to November as new opportunities arise.
About Steeple Street Stage
Located on Steeple Street between North Main and Canal, WaterFire Providence’s Steeple Street Stage has become a very popular attraction at WaterFire. Last season we featured artists such as Funkademic, the SheBop Swing Orchestra, and Taiko Drumming.
Fees & Setup
WaterFire provides a platform stage, power + lighting, and a modest stipend
Performers are responsible for all equipment
Parking for performers may be available (depending on the event date)
Performance Schedule**
Load in: 6:00 PM
Performances 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, typically 3 sets
Load Out: 11:00 PM
**Please note: Start times for WaterFire Providence are dependent upon sunset. In the fall months setup and performance hours will be earlier.
