Andrew is Associate General Counsel at Textron Inc., advising Textron on its global mergers and acquisitions and strategic transactions. Prior to joining Textron, Andrew was in private practice at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Andrew is a graduate of Texas A&M University and the University of Virginia School of Law.
Andrew and his wife, Sarah Gould-Stotts, live in Pawtucket with their son.
